Within the AYSO program the coaches and referees are the driving force.  AYSO is "about the kids" and without our dedicated coaches and referees there wouldn't be a program.
    Playing a team sport helps children grow socially and builds teamwork, communication, and self-confidence.  Be a part of that growth by giving a couple hours of your time a week.

    We understand that your time is important, and not everyone has the spare time in their schedule to commit to being a coach or referee. 
    Here are some great ways for families to get involved and give back to the program without having to commit more than an hour per week.  AYSO keeps registration costs down by being an all-volunteer organization.  Consider signing up to do one of these simple jobs to help out your coaches, many hands make light work.

    Maybe being out on the field front and center isn't really your thing, sometimes people like to work behind the scenes.  There are many opportunities to work with the Regional Board to make the program thrive. 
    The coaches and referees are out there working with the children to teach them life lessons and be role models.  The administrative positions are the ones putting everything together and continuing to build and progress the already amazing AYSO program.  We always need and want fresh ideas brought to the table.
    These positions are for anyone to conduct.  You don't need to know how to coach a team, you don't even need to know the rules of the game (except the Referee Administrator).  These board positions are mainly about communicating with other people in our region and organizing things. 
    In life there are starters and finishers, doers and thinkers, and this is okay.  It takes all types of people to create an effective organization.
