NOTE: ALL PLAYERS REGISTERED WILL INCLUDE A NATIONAL PLAYER FEE OF $20. THIS FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
Player refunds will be handled in accordance with the following procedures:
- Any player that wishes to not participate after completing the registration process may request withdrawal and refund before the season start date.
- If that player has not received a uniform the player will receive a full refund of all monies paid during registration (less AYSO National registration fee).
- If that player has received a uniform, the refund amount will be contingent on the return of the uniform and the condition in which it is returned.
- Any player that wishes to not participate after completing the registration process and submits a request for withdrawal and refund after the season start date will not receive a refund of monies paid during registration, contingent to special circumstances.
- The Region 188 Board of Directors may consider special and unforeseen circumstances such as Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Temporary Assigned Duties (TAD/TDY), family emergencies, etc., for partial refund of registration fees. These situations will be reviewed on a case by case situation.
- For the purposes of the refund policy, the definition of season start date is the first scheduled game (8U and above) or program session (5U and 6U).
Please contact the AYSO Region 188 registrar as soon as possible if your player will be withdrawing from the soccer season.
